  1. One day in and I can't bear the tension...

    On a not insignificant point of pedentary... the scores, as posted here and as calculated by the spreadsheet, are based on 3 points for a correct result. The competition rules, as laid out in your initial email (and dictated by tradition) hold that it should be 2 points for a correct result. Can we please have a definitive ruling on the scoring system before too many more games have been played?!

  2. 5pts for exact correct result.
    3pts for correct prediction
    1pt for correct score of one team.

    In other words, you guess 2-0 - and result is 2-1 - you get 4pts.
    Or you guess 1-1 and score is 2-1 you get 1pt.

    It's been the same scoring system for a number of years...
